I ordered a 12 string of beads and got a bag with only one piece. I called to ask why. They basically called me a liar even though I sent a copy of the bag marked as I piece. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them and they’re going to treat me like this over a $2.20 strand of beads. This is goi g to be my lady purchase with them. I’ll spend my money elsewhere if this is how they respond to my issue – basically telling me I was a liar
