Due to recent changes in the shipping charges by the USPS and the UPS, sometimes the actual shipping charges incurred might be higher than what is charged at the time of order. In such cases, we may contact you with a request to pay the difference before we can ship out the order. On the flip side, if the actual shipping is less than what was charged with your order, we will be happy to credit the difference back to you.
Shipment to a Pennsylvania Address
Pennsylvania customers will be charged sales tax unless we have a valid Tax Except certificate on file. If you are a Pennsylvania sales tax exempt customer and if this is your first time purchasing for the current year, please email us a copy of your certificate at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, tariffs, or taxes associated with the order’s shipment. Some countries impose customs duties that we have no control of, and have no insight into what amounts they could be.
Returns & Discrepancies
Upon receipt of your package, please make sure to check all merchandise with your invoice. Any claims of a shortage or defective merchandise must be made with 7 days. Please note that we do check all merchandise thoroughly prior to shipping. In addition, we do have records of all details of the order which pass through numerous levels of inspection.
All shipments are insured by the postal carrier. In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged, please make sure to send us an email with the details of any problem with your package. We will then file a claim with UPS or the postal service and insurance company. The customer will need to provide any and all documentation that is required in order to validate the claim. It is crucial that you keep your original products and packaging for inspection by the postal carrier and insurance company until your claim has been resolved. In addition, a signed statement regarding the damage of the package and details of the damage is also required in order to file the claim. This also applies to any lost packages as well. In the case that your package is damaged in transit, please let the carrier know before signing and receiving the package.
We take American Express, VISA, Discovers, MasterCard and Paypal as payment methods. We also accept COD money orders if your order is placed by phone. If you opt to pay with PayPal, you can choose to pay from your checking account that is linked to your PayPal account, your linked credit or debit card, or your PayPal account balance.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Please note that your credit or debit card will always be charged at the time that you place your order on the website. Any orders taken on the phone, will be charged prior to shipping. If your credit or debit does not process, we will not be able to ship your order.

Any incorrect entry of your address, including street or zip code can delay the shipment of your package. UPS and USPS charge extra fees for an incorrect address, and to reforward or correct the address. If we incur any charges related to the incorrect entry of the customer’s address, the customer will be responsible for these fees.
In order to receive your order with the correct merchandise and as quickly as possible, be sure to respond to our email or phone inquiries promptly. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number, as well as your cell phone number. This is very important when we have any questions or clarifications about your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number if you placed an order on the website. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact us to let us know. Chances are, your order is still sitting in the shopping cart.
You may want to reconfirm that we have received your online website, fax, or email order. Please contact us to confirm that your order has been received so that you receive your package in time.
COD & Money Orders
If any COD/MO package has not been accepted and is returned to us, and if you want us to reship the package, there will be a $5 handling fee added to your COD amount.
