RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size or color. Any exchange must be requested to us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your package. Once your exchange request is approved, you can ship back your items with your invoice in the package. Please note, it takes 3-5 days to process your exchange, and to prepare your new items to be shipped out. In addition, there may be some costs involved in completing your exchange.
When requesting any exchange, please email or call us with your invoice or order # ready, as well as the item #’s of the products you would like to exchange.
We are confident that all of our products have high quality standards. All of our orders are always fulfilled with great attention to detail. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return most items for a refund or a store credit.
If you would like to request a return for any of the items in your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please provide us with your invoice or order #, as well as the items #’s of the products you would like to return. Please note, it takes 3-5 days to process your return.
All returned items must be in its original packing and unaltered.
No exchange, return, or store credit is given for the following merchandise:
– Any “Special Order” items or clearance items
– Partially used packs
– Chains and Wire
– Sterling silver and gold-filled wire sold by weight
– Opened Swarovski Factory Packs
– Broken Strands are nonrefundable
– Name Plates
– Unspooled stringing wire
– Custom made jewelry

Please make sure that all items are shipped back in excellent condition. We recommend sending back your items in a sturdy box, as this will prevent any damage to the items while in transit. Sending return packages to us in stationery envelopes or bubble wrap may damage certain items. Please only send your returns in a small sturdy box. Credit will be given for merchandise arriving in safe condition. No credits will be issued on used merchandise. Please pay return shipping charges adequately. Any charges paid by us due to insufficient postage on the customer’s part will be deducted from the customer’s return credit. We will issue credit only if we receive merchandise safely and in excellent condition.
If we have shipped the wrong merchandise, or defective items, we will pay for the return shipping charges. Otherwise, it is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Restocking Charges
If you changed your mind after receiving your ordered merchandise, a 20% restocking fee will apply at a minimum of $10 of the price charged on invoice. Return shipping charged will also be the customer’s responsibility. Any partial returns on quantity discounts will forfeit that discount, and you will receive a credit at the non-quantity price credit.
