What payment options do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Money Orders.
How can I order your products?
By Email or Fax: You can send your order by email or fax, by listing out the item number and quantity of each item you would like to order. Also include your name, email, and phone number. Once your order is ready, we will call you for your payment information.
Through our Website: You can order directly through our website at www.crystalfindings.com. Simply add products to your shopping cart, enter your shipping and billing information, and check out!
By Phone: You can us directly and speak to a customer service representative. We are available Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm EST.
At our showroom: You can purchase from us at our showroom. Our walk-in hours are from 10-4, Monday through Friday.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer shipping by USPS and by UPS. Shipping rates start at $7.25, and increase slightly for large orders. We also offer shipping to Canada for $9.50 and Puerto Rico for $9.55. If you need expedited shipping, please call us at so that we can accommodate your order.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday 10am to 5 pm EST). We also ship on federal holidays, as long as UPS is open. We do not ship on the weekends. Your package will take 1 to 5 business days to reach you in USA. Please note, that during the holiday season in December, packages may be delayed due to the high level of volume of packages that USPS and UPS receives. We do not have control of your package once it is shipped from our facility. Therefore, we recommend that UPS shipping should be selected for orders placed within the two weeks prior to Christmas.
How long is the processing time?
Generally, if your order is placed by 3pm M-F, your package will ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following business day. If you have urgent shipping needs please contact us by phone.
Is there a minimum to purchase from you?
No, we do not have any minimum purchase. In addition, we do not require a business license to purchase from us.

Do you carry a large selection of products?
Yes. We carry over 5 thousand different beads, findings, tools, and supplies. We specialize in Gold Filled, Sterling Silver, and Swarovski jewelry making supplies. By browsing our website and catalog, you can find charms, pendants, nameplates, wire, chains, and a huge selection of beads and findings.
Are your products suitable for making children's jewelry?
We have select beads that are suitable for children. Please contact us by phone so that we can help you select the most appropriate products for children’s jewelry.
What is your Return Policy?
Returns are made easy at Crystal Findings. Contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your package. Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will issue you a refund of the product(s). Please note, nameplates and wire are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you have a printed catalog you can mail us?
You can view our catalog on our website. When you place your first order, we will include a catalog in your package.
Are your prices in Showroom different from prices on your website?
Whether you shop at our showroom in Downtown Philadelphia, on our website, or on the phone, all prices will be the same. There are a few exceptions when we may feature some promotions or special prices.
How do you charge Sales Tax?
All shipments within Pennsylvania, as well as purchases at our showroom, will be charged sales tax. Buyers outside of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. Customers who provide their Tax Exempt Certificate will not be charged sales tax. However, the Tax Exempt Certificate is required on an annual basis.
How does your Pricing Structure work?
We have multiple levels of prices depending on our products. The more products you buy, the more money you save. Swarovski Crystal beads in diamond, round, and square shapes have a special discounted price when bought in large quantities.
Do you Back Order products not in stock?
We make every effort to ship you all the items you have ordered. If we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you to let you know. Please note that some products are of limited stock.
Do you send out samples?
You can purchase samples. Contact us by phone or email if you need a specific quantity, and we will try to accommodate you the best we can.
Do you match competitor’s prices?"
Yes, we do match select competitor’s prices. Price matching is done at our own discretion and does require proof of the competitor’s price.
