SHOWROOM VISIT

1. Showroom Hours –9:30 am to 2:00 pm M-F.  Appointment is necessary due to COVID, please call ahead.

2. Warehouse Pricing – We do not have any minimum purchase at our showroom! Please note that our showroom is primarily a warehouse, and all products do not have prices labeled on them. We go by pricing that is displayed on our website. If you are a current customer, then you will already know what type of merchandise we carry. However, if you are a new customer, we suggest you review our website and online catalog to prepare yourself for your visit.

3. Pre-order & Pickup – Customers are requested to place orders in advance for pick up. In case the showroom orders take a longer time to prepare, customers will be asked to come after 2 hours or the next day. We encourage you to make a list of the items you are interested in looking at, to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. You can also call in to place your order and we will keep your order & invoice ready for you to simply pay and pick up.

4. Pets and Children – No pets are allowed in the showroom. Due to health and safety concerns, children are not allowed in the showroom. If children are accompanying their parents, they must sit in the lounge room in the entry hall.
